Matt Griffin, owner of M&amp;E Wingz &amp; Thingz in Adel, serves them from mild and hot to sweet and spicy, along with a dozen flavors including teriyaki, honey barbecue, and garlic parmesan. While the wings are popular with the locals, the M&amp;E Wingz &amp; Thingz menu also includes the crowd-pleasing Philly Cheesesteak and a diverse selection of sides.<\/p>\n<p>M&amp;E Wingz &amp; Thingz serves lunch from<strong>\u00a011 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday through Saturday,\u00a0<\/strong>and<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>dinner from<strong>\u00a05 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.\u00a0<\/strong>On<strong>\u00a0Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.,\u00a0<\/strong>Griffin\u2019s sister and co-owner, Erica Griffin Deberry, serves a rotating menu of southern favorites like fried chicken, smothered pork chops, mac n&#8217; cheese, cornbread dressing, fresh peas, cream corn, and much more.<\/p>\n<p>An Adel native, Griffin, and his wife, Eveny, started with some small catering jobs before opening M&amp;E Wingz &amp; Thingz on November 30, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I am grateful to be here and love being able to serve my community and other surrounding counties,&#8221; says Griffin. &#8220;The community has shown great support from day one up until now.
